Who we are

Everyone Everywhere derived from the passion and enthusiasm of a group of mentors desire to make a change in young people’s lives. Having worked in the health care sector for several years, managing seven 16+ provisions simultaneously, a team of 10 staff and guiding over 50 young people into independence, the founders and CEO of Everyone Everywhere have first-hand experienced the struggles and challenges endured by the youth of today and have recognised the growing need for a compassionate bespoke housing service for the most vulnerable and disadvantaged young people in our society. We operate in an open and transparent way, over the years our staff have worked within residential settings with vulnerable children and have experienced a variety of complex and challenging circumstances. On a daily basis staff not only manage the day to day needs of young people but manage high risk situations, in addition to focusing on the long terms goals of each individual.

Through our vast experiences and caring nature, Everyone Everywhere encompasses the core beliefs that drive our passion and enthusiasm to better the lives of those young people who are most in need of guidance and care. Combined with the importance of building bonds with young people, Everyone Everywhere is an integrated service that prides our-selves in our multi-agency work ethic. Our services will be executed to the highest standard by conducting initial assessments we will create a tailor made package to suit the needs of each individual. We offer high rate services for those who require more support or a lower level provision for those who are more independent. Ultimately we are child focused and motivated to always promote their best interests beyond and above anything else.

Our aim

At Everyone Everywhere our aim is simple: meeting the individual needs of vulnerable young people in a safe environment where they feel at home to grow and develop into independent and responsible young adults through the warm and nurturing environment. Everyone Everywhere ensures our young people will experience stability and security within our placement.

Core Values

Our values stem from the four core beliefs of what every child no matter the level of need, background or disadvantage. Young people deserve the space to grow and develop into fully functional independent adults.
